I Brought Out New Toys Today Tuesday, March 26th

Isaiah seemed like he needed some new toys to explore.
First I brought out the tool box.
We originally bought this tool box set from Costco as a Christmas present the year he was 3, but then decided to do other gift ideas instead.  We have pulled out the tool box every now and then (mostly when we are doing home projects) and he hasn't been overly interested.  However, today he had fun exploring the tools.  He even let me put the tool belt on him and he filled it up with his tools and then pretended to fix his broke down toy truck.  This little boy was hard at work...and it was so adorable!

Next, I brought out a new Lego set for him to build.  I have given Travis a few small Lego sets over the years as stocking presents. He has built some and hasn't built others so I picked a small police boat for us to build together.  Isaiah likes helping build the Legos.  Then he had fun driving the boat in the pretend water.

Finally, I brought out our domino set.  I taught Isaiah how to match the color dots.  He LOVED this activity! We played dominos for a long time this day and for several days after as well!

He built himself a rectangle and then had fun walking in and out of the rectangle.

It was fun to introduce Isaiah to some new toys today!  He did a great job exploring these new activities.
