My friend Maia has generously given us LOTS of awesome hair bows that she makes for her daughters (and herself). I recently noticed that Maia was wearing the hair bows...so I could too. This is our first Sunday where both Esther and I are wearing matching hair bows. Unfortunately, Esther wasn't in the mood for a photo shoot after church, instead she wanted to eat and take a nap!
Happy 1st Birthday Kiara!
Kiara with her mommy and daddy!
Grandpa and Grandma with all their GRANDkids!
Kiara getting ready to experience cake.
Isaiah was very happy to sing his cousin the Happy Birthday song!
I think Kiara liked her cake!
Esther and I had a few snuggles together after the birthday party.

Sweet Esther was too little to color Easter eggs this year.
Her big brother had LOTS of fun coloring Easter eggs though.
Isaiah still randomly asks if we can color eggs. Well, sorry buddy this is a once a year fun activity.
Their cousin, Kiara, (just a day before her 1st birthday) even got to check out the fun of coloring Easter eggs.
Isaiah was so into coloring Easter eggs I think I only got to color 2 or 3 total eggs and with his excitement and speed it was hard to be creative and take time decorating cool eggs like I have done in the past.
Kiara's birthday party was scheduled for the next day. When it was time to go she didn't want to leave Isaiah's cool toys (Green Scout Phone) and since that was her birthday present I just ran upstairs and grabbed her gift and let her open it a day early. She loved her Purple Violet Phone!
Esther loves getting kisses on her chubby checks! It makes her giggle and smile.

Happy Birthday Pops!
Esther wore her closest thing to a polo...her collar dress...in honor of her Pops' favorite clothing!
She is still trying to figure out if she likes the Jump-a-Roo or not.
Isaiah sang Happy Birthday to Pops and then we sent the video via text message.

We are requiring lots of tummy time...but not a lot of rolling over is occurring.
She did wear an adorable outfit today though=)
Isaiah and I did letter stamps... that was fun! We wrote a lot of family names and the word LOVE.
We played Duplo's. We pretended that Ramone was fixing Mommy's blue car.
Isaiah likes building his Duplo's so he has a tow-truck. If you look closely Guido is helping fix the tires on the broken down car that is being towed.

Happy St. Patrick's Day from our family!
The 17th was a Sunday and we were supposed to go to church and have small group in the evening.
I had found cute green shamrock clothes for the kids to wear.
But Travis was sick, so instead we stayed home all day.
Our cute St. Patrick's Day clothes never made it out of the house.
So I attempted to take sibling pictures...
What is it with getting two kids to cooperate at the same time for a picture?
If Isaiah is smiling, Esther is not.
If Esther is smiling, Isaiah is not.
Good thing I think they are both adorable no matter what!
All the picture taking wore her out!
