Esther is really enjoying talking about baby Jesus during this Christmas season. Today at Nonna and Pops' house Esther and I chatted about their nativity (we don't have complete sentences yet). Jesus -- undies (there was a small white cloth on him), he's cold, needs a pink blanket (she is obsessed with her own pink blankets). She happily laid a pink blanket (pink wash cloth provided by mommy) on Baby Jesus!
For advent today the kids got a quarter and a dollar. The quarter was to ride the pony at Fred Meyer and the dollar was to give to Salvation Army. Nonna and Pops came over to help carry out the task.
