First WHOLE Day At Home

My college roomate, Emily, sent Isaiah a birthday present from Hong Kong.  It arrived really early (before we left for Florida) and his birthday isn't until December 13th. I asked her when she wanted him to open it and she said whenever and that I could just decide.  Well, our first whole day at home with Esther seemed like a perfect day for him to have something special. We let him open his present and he was very excited!  He got a police car and a police motorcycle.

Esther got her first bath at home...she liked it ok, but she thought it was a little too cold for her liking. Since then I have figured out that she loves her bath much more if I put our little space heater in the bathroom for a few minutes prior to bathtime.

Esther also tested out her crib in her bedroom, but she only took a short rest and then wanted us to hold her again.  She is still sleeping in the rock and play sleeper in our bedroom at night.

Friday, our first whole day at home, we had many visitors come love on Esther!

Nonna and Pops made dinner for us.  This was Esther's first trip to Nonna and Pop's house...she slept through it.

Esther and I got to have our first evening snuggles on our couch at home with LOTS of blankets while watching a show with Dadddy after Isaiah went to bed.
