For my birthday Travis took me to the Portland Rose Gardens and Japanese Gardens in the morning. Then we went to Olive Garden for lunch. He planed a very fun day for us. During the day I missed a call from someone at Lifesong. I tried to call back the next day, but wasn't able to find anything out until a week later when the volunteer handling our application was in again. We were accepted! Lifesong was going to partner with us and help us send support letters to our family, friends, and church members. What a great birthday!
