Making Space CD Release Concert

On Friday evening, June 1st, we attended our good friend Nate Macy's Making Space CD Release Concert.  The music was great!  Isaiah loved talking about all the different instruments, clapping, and dancing!  This evening he learned/experienced a new instrument...the bass!  He kept forgetting what to call it so he said a lot of silly things, but he sure enjoyed it!

This evening we also got to meet our friends the Stevens newly adopted baby boy, Chancellor.  The Stevens are the family who got us excited about adopting through Florida.  Chancellor was born the end of April so he is only about 5 weeks old.  He was adorable!  Isaiah wasn't too sure about mommy holding baby Chancellor at first, but by the end of the evening and ALL weekend he talked a LOT about baby Chancellor.

We still haven't heard any specific adoption news for our family, but we are hopefully that we will hear soon about a baby brother or sister!
