We weren't sure how Isaiah would do with his first preschool performance so we didn't
invite all our extended family so as to not overwhelm him. He was a little shy at first,
but he did sing and seemed to have a great time with his teachers and friends.
Coming in to the gym and seeing all the family and friends...poor Isaiah is clinging to Teacher Leticia.
Isaiah has adjusted and is singing and doing the motions!
After the singing performance there was a Christmas party with snacks, crafts, and a visit from Santa. Isaiah has never sat on Santa's lap before so he wasn't so sure. His friend Taylor was very excited to see Santa!
They had this little sled up for photo opportunities. Ah-brother and sister cuteness!
Eating a cookie- a leftover red filled Oreo from his birthday treats!
He decided to be brave and sit on Santa's lap. I would have been fine if he didn't want to do it,
but he decided it looked like fun so we let him. Having Teacher Sherrie sitting right next to Santa
may have helped ease him into sitting on Santa's lap.
He got to hold bells!
And he got a book from Santa.
Esther got a few bites of cookie- lucky girl!
Isaiah wanted to do one of the crafts. We made a Christmas tree.
Esther practiced her walking skills with Nonna.
Isaiah liked sitting on Santa's lap and wanted to do it again.
We let Esther try...she DIDN'T like it!
When we got home from his preschool program he gave us the gift he
had been making in class. He even took my picture while opening it.
It was a candle holder- so sweet- especially since he loves candles!
