More Signs, Dairy Farm, Evening Walk- Thursday, April 25th

The first sign Isaiah wanted me to make was the slow sign...pretty easy so I happily did the task.

Next, he wanted the one way sign...again not too bad to make so I did the task.

Then he asked for the road closed sign, which was still not too bad. Finally, he asked for the bike parking sign, and that sign was a little more challenging to make, but I did it!

Finally, I got a THANKS for making me all these signs SMILE!

We still have all our signs and he still enjoys playing with them.  When we go to Grammy and Grandad's house and walk to the garden he sees a SLOW sign in their neighborhood that he likes to point out.

In the afternoon, Isaiah had a field trip with his preschool class.  Daddy took the afternoon off so that he could go to the Dairy farm too.  They had a fun trip.  Here are the picture highlights that Daddy took while on the trip.

They got to see a new baby calf that had just been born that morning.

Teacher Sherri is trying to help Isaiah be comfortable enough to pet the cow.  I guess he wasn't too thrilled about the idea.

They got to play in cotton seed.  Isaiah liked this!

They also got to sit on a tractor. Isaiah's friend is climbing on the tractor and then Isaiah had a turn, and then more friends took their turn.

Climbing in the hay.

Isaiah wasn't sure about the cow laying down, but the cow was just getting his hooves clipped.

Right before they left the dairy farm they got to play in more cotton seed in a different location.  They tried to organize a group photo.

While Daddy and Isaiah were at preschool, Esther and I went to Costco with Nonna.  Then, after the preschool field trip and Pops getting off work we had dinner at Nonna and Pops house.  Then Nonna, the kids, and I went for a walk around the Allison property.  We tried to have Esther ride in the stroller, but she wasn't a huge fan yet.

On our walk around the Allison we found small fountains close to the front of the hotel that Isaiah fell in love with and wanted to watch for awhile!

We finally convinced him to walk back and then he found this big metal box to hop around on first.

On our walk home Isaiah did one of his favorite things with Nonna...checking her mail box and she had mail!

And sometimes it is so much fun to open and close the mail box you have to do it a couple of times in a row.
