We met our friends, the Stevens at Baggenstos Farm on Sunday afternoon. Isaiah was SUPER excited to ride the hay ride out to the pumpkin field, but we had to distract him until our friends got there too. So for entertainment purposes we let him sit on the tractor, play on the playground slides, walk through the huge tires, visit the animals, more tractor, and more slides, then finally (about 5 to 10 minutes later) Elijah was there and we could ride the the hay ride!
WE ARE ON THE HAY RIDE!
Chancellor's first pumpkin patch and hay ride experience.
After a short ride we arrived to a field of LOTS of pumpkins. Isaiah walked right up to a pumpkin and decided it was a perfect seat, but all eyes stayed on the hay ride action (those going and coming while in the field). Elijah took Isaiah's good advice and also enjoyed a pumpkin for a seat.
Chancellor didn't sit on a pumpkin, but we did put him next to some...he is adorable!
We also attempted to get all three boys next to each other for a sitting by pumpkins picture...yeah right!
Daddy convinced Isaiah to pick out the pumpkin that I liked...nice work Daddy!
Oh here we go...they are all three together we'll try again...big boys look over here not at the hay ride!
Ah sweet success...adorable blessings from the Lord!
Brothers!
And back on the hay ride again with our prized pumpkins in possession.
Off the hay ride...and these two found another fun farm vehicle to explore.
Now that we accomplished the hay ride we went back to all of the things we used to help Isaiah wait for Elijah and family to arrive. We enjoyed the tractor, animals, slide, and hay maze this time. Isaiah LOVED the hay maze! He ran through it again and again.
