Claire's Mommy, Rachel, and Daddy, Darel, asked me if I would be able to watch her Monday-Thursday 9am to noon for the next few weeks. We love having Claire so we said, YES!
Claire likes the pieces of puzzles, but isn't really into doing puzzles yet. That's alright because Isaiah is there to come behind her puzzle dump and actually do the puzzle. Since Isaiah loves letters we have been trying to teach Claire her letters! Claire has a prefect name because none of the letters in her name repeat so we can make her name with the alphabet puzzle pieces.
Potty training is still happening even with Claire at our house...and it is going fantastic! He is doing both potty jobs in the toilet! However, the other day I left him to take care of business and this is how I found the bathroom...toilet paper confetti? Mommy and Daddy are proud of you buddy, but lets keep the toilet paper on the roll. He cleaned it all up and it hasn't happened again. I guess he just needed to explore!
Today we finally ventured into the land of UPSTAIRS! Now that Claire is going to be at our house more days in a row I wanted to make sure she was entertained. I knew she would like the kitchen (she has one at her house) that is in Isaiah's bedroom. She didn't disappoint me. She was VERY into playing kitchen for a long while.
She also thought it was great fun to unload the toys from the cubical organizer in Isaiah's room. She has something similar to this type of organization at her house in the living room and I know she loves to unload at her house too!
Isaiah enjoyed playing next to Claire, but is still making sure he keeps track of his favorites!
And when he thinks Claire might be getting to close to his favorites...RUN!
Ah, she found me again...RUN!
These two are so silly. I think they both enjoy each others company. They do play nicely together even though they also enjoy playing separate things.
Snack time! Claire takes a nap pretty soon after her Mommy picks her up so I try to give her a big snack/lunch around 11am. Isaiah doesn't mind getting an extra little snack.

I guess today was a learning day because first Claire played letter puzzles and now she is working on her writing skills. Ha! Good thing her Mommy is a English teacher and will think these skills are important.
Isaiah is playing something else, but notices Claire is using his writing toy...
