Afternoon at Blue Park and White Park and Evening of Face Painting

Tuesday (10-2) we went to McMinnville in the afternoon to enjoy the sunshine and explore some more parks with my sister and her boys.  First stop was what they call Blue Park.

Blue Park

There was one tall slide that was even fun for adults (at least in my opinion).  I convinced my sister it was a lot of fun, so she tried it, but I'm not sure she agreed.

Next, we went to check out another McMinnville park.  They call this park White Park (even though it has a lot of Red and Yellow-they already had Red and Yellow Parks when they found this park).

White Park

After our park exploring we went back to D,E,C, and G's house for dinner.  I guess earlier in the morning Campbell had found some year old Halloween face paint.  He wanted to paint his Mommy's face, but she was already ready for the day so she volunteered Daddy.  Daddy was called at work and asked if he would be willing...he said yes, since he is a good dad.  The plan was that after Greyson went to bed they would face paint.  So all during dinner Campbell kept talking about it being bedtime.  Instead of waiting until after Greyson went to bed they decided they better get the face painting over with.  Campbell had a GREAT time!

Face Painting

Isaiah and Greyson were in to their own activities...

Campbell wanted his Daddy to make prints from the paint he put on his face.  So he would paint his nose and then tell him to press his nose on the paper.  Very funny!

I convinced Isaiah to let me paint a heart on his face.  We were going inside to look at it in the mirror and he started rubbing it off so I never got a cute picture.

After Isaiah's face paint was cleaned off he decided it was time to shoot some hoops.  Campbell was still busy painting his Daddy's face!

Campbell is finished painting Daddy.  And Daddy convinced Campbell to let him paint a few things on his face.  It was a fun evening that we luckily got to experience.
