My nephew, Greyson turned 9 months old on April 1st so Pops was taking pictures of him and his big brother Campbell when we got to Nonna an Pops house last Saturday. We tried to have Pops get a couple pictures of Isaiah and of course we attempted getting cousin photos, but neither were very successful! I still need to get the "real" pictures from Pops, but these are the couple I got while they were playing during the photo shoot!
The boys love playing with the grocery scanner. The favorite game to play is scan the 10 check mark shopping list and then count with the toy... 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10- but really loud!
Basically, neither boy smiled...or even looked at the camera at the same time. Oh well, fun memories still!
Isaiah LOVES Pops circle on his camera and Pops let him hold his camera and take a picture of him.
After our photo session we had BLT's for lunch. Then the boys took naps and Elise, Nonna, and I went to Costco for a few items.
Nonna and Pops got a new little table from Costco for the boys to play on outside this summer. But first they got to check the little table out by having a snack inside.
Nonna recently pulled out her ice cream cone toys...which the boys love! Campbell introduced Isaiah to calling the ice cream cones- snow cones! They had a great time sharing the cones back and forth.
I love the the facial expressions of the boys...they were giggling so loud and enjoying playing together!
We also had fun coloring Easter eggs. Isaiah and Campbell were a tiny bit more into it this year, but still not totally interested yet. Isaiah made 2 eggs... PINK (of course) and green. Campbell made 4 eggs ( a little more focused/interested than Isaiah). The adults didn't mind that the kids weren't overall interested because we still had fun coloring the eggs. I even made a Dinosaur Roar and Dinosaur Squeak egg in honor of one of Isaiah's favorite books right now.
We ended our day together having a yummy dinner of steak, potatoes and asparagus and crepes for dessert. It was fun to spend the day together with our family!
