My friend Emily, who currently lives in Hong Kong isn't able to make stuffed shells due to limited availability of ingredients. After talking to Emily last Thursday I was inspired to make stuffed shells and eat them in honor of her. Sunday dinner of stuffed shells was yummy!

Thanks for eating some stuffed shells in my honor :-) They looked amazing and made me really want some. I guess they will have to wait until next year's christmas break :-)
