James 1:27 says, “Religion that God accepts as pure and faultless is this; to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.” God desires for orphans of all nations to be loved, cared for, and adopted into Christian families-ultimately so they can become saved, and be adopted into His eternal family through Jesus Christ!

Champoeg State Park
On Saturday after lunch when the sun was somewhat out and we knew the rain was inevitable later in the afternoon/evening we ventured out for a walk at Champoeg State Park. It was a little more windy next to the river than we would have chosen, but it was still nice to get outdoors again!

Isaiah was being super funny in the stroller so I did my best to get a video of his requests of Daddy!
Once we were on a trail safely away from the river we let him get out of the stroller and walk on the path. However, he thought he should run most of the path!
I did get him to slow down long enough to turn and give me a cheese! Notice how nicely Daddy rolled his jeans (huge cuffs) so they won't get muddy or dirty!
Towards the end of our walk Isaiah was really getting into playing games with Daddy!

Isaiah loves the sound my camera on my phone makes so he always says "again" after I talk one picture...so after the hands picture this was what I got next!
