Since Isaiah wasn't home with us for his 1st birthday we decided to have a big celebration with all of our extended family for his 2nd birthday. Thank you to all of our family and friends that were able to attend his birthday celebration. Isaiah had a wonderful time and is loving all his new gifts too!
Here is the finished product of the cake. I am pretty proud of it, I think it looks just like the picture in the family fun magazine!

We had a delicious lunch of burritos!
Isaiah enjoyed his birthday lunch and so did everyone else!
Isaiah (and his parents) enjoyed getting lots of new gifts!
He did an excellent job tearing the paper off!
Grammy and Grandad gave him a card that sang Happy Birthday... he LOVED it!
Even though he was opening new toys he still wanting the comfort of some of the older, but great toys!
Isaiah got puppets and Michaela LOVED them!
Mommy and Daddy gave Isaiah a family of cows. He even gave the cow a love (see below).

Happy Birthday Isaiah! Mommy and Daddy love you lots and have enjoyed watching you learn TONS in the 7 months you have been home with us! You are a great son and we look forward to celebrating many more birthdays with you.
On Monday, Isaiah's actual birthday we went to McMinville for dinner with the Willis family. Aunt Elise and Campbell bought Isaiah a special birthday treat for after dinner. Ice cream cones! He loved his ice cream cone!

Looks like a fantastic birthday party, fit for a very special little boy. How wonderful that so many family members and friends where able to join you.
The tablecloth over the stove was a great idea and made the cake stand out even more. So cute!
