Around 2pm we ventured out of the hotel to find some food. Here are a few pictures from the walk to Insadong.
Isaiah is enjoying being in the carrier.
This is a very busy crosswalk.
Insadong Street has vendors and stores on both sides.
We enjoyed looking around at the stuff for sale while keeping our eyes out for a restaurant.
Isaiah liked holding my hands while he was in the carrier.
We were looking for a Korean restaurant, but we were hungry and haven't explored much yet so we settled on an Italian restaurant. Travis, Nonna, and I had Gnocchi and Pops had lasagna. It was pretty yummy.
After lunch we saw this truck full of eggs. The driver was out making deliveries.
After lunch we continued to explore the street. We started to realize there were more Korean restaurants just a ways farther down the street so maybe tomorrow we will have to try again. Nonna found some chopsticks that she thought were cool so we made our first tourist purchase.
We were getting hot again, we thought Isaiah was getting tired, and we knew he would like a bottle again soon so we decided to head back to the hotel. (His foster mom gave him a bottle every 4 hours... we will have to work on this schedule once we are for home, but for now we will keep the bottles up to keep a happy baby.) As we walked back I was squeezing Isaiah in the carrier and giving him a hug. Then he started to squeeze me and give me hugs too. I am so in love!
