We put Isaiah to sleep around 9:00pm. Travis went and got us yummy Blizzards and then we were watched a show, or at least part of a show, but by about 10:20 we were both falling asleep. We decided to head up to bed since we didn't know when Isaiah would wake up this evening/morning. I was feeling a little guilty for not fulfilling my task of blogging for the day. So I was working on this post in bed when our little guy woke up and Daddy went to the rescue. Poor baby is not a happy night time sleeper like he was in Korea. We think nights are where he is grieving more. We pray he continues to transition and begin to get good rest again.
Here are a few pictures with highlights from our day:
Bath time is getting better and better each day. Honestly today was the first day I felt I could get my camera out and take a couple pictures because he was actually a little happy in the bath. There were hardly any tears and he is beginning to play with the toys!
Grandad and Grammy came to visit. They got to sit with us while we finished our lunch. Then they played with Isaiah for a few minutes before they left. Isaiah was happy to listen to music with Grandad.
Isaiah reached out for Grammy and went to see her for about 30 seconds (not long enough to take a picture) and then wanted to go back to Grandad.
Isaiah went on his first walking trip to Fred Meyer. Mommy had the camera, but forgot to take a picture in the store, so this will have to do. Isaiah and Daddy next to the grocery bags.
Isaiah discovered a new toy in the toy box today. He liked playing with the fish bowl and fishing pole.
Silly boy stretching and enjoying playing with toys on our wonderful wood floors.
Isaiah getting a snuggle from Daddy while Daddy is talking to Grandpa.
Isaiah right before our evening walk. He really likes watching the glow bug and listening to the music. He took the glow bug on the walk with us.
Daddy just returned and we have a sleeping baby again. Pray he sleeps through the night!
