Pumpkin Patch (9-29)

Isaiah has been so excited to start going to pumpkin patches that we started a little before October!  We went to Bauman Farms with our neighbors.

The pumpkin patch was fairly empty... so the kids had a blast running around in the maze!

The kids had fun going through the tunnel too!

Finally time for the hay ride and picking some pumpkins!

Painting (9-27)

We have ordered new carpet!  It will be installed in about a month so in the next

month we are hoping to paint all our white surfaces-a little darker of a neutral shade.

We had to make some creative tools to reach the high places!

This is above the stairs and Travis was able to use his tools and get the highest point!

Playing with Animals and Isaiah Incident (9-24)

During dinner this evening Isaiah put a small piece of apple in his nose.  I have no idea

why he did it or what he was thinking.  Luckily he was able to communicate that his nose

hurt and that he had put a piece of apple inside his nose so we could help him.  We tried

to talk him through blowing it out of his nose, but that wasn't successful.  Travis ending up suggesting we use our nose flush.  With the nose flush we were able to get the apple piece out

and avoided having to go to the doctor, but it still was a traumatic experience for everyone!
